HOW TO ORDER
U.S. customers can use the Add To Cart and View Cart buttons to make credit card payments(this option is only available for US customers, because it only calculates US shipping and not international shipping). International Buyers, special request orders, and other payment methods must be made by email, so an order must be submitted in an organized format. We accept money orders, personal checks(with checks you have to wait until check clears before item is shipped out), Paypal, and Bidpay. Paypal payments can be made to shop@ffmerchandise.com. We will ship internationally(International shipping will be more expensive). The more items you purchase, the more you save on shipping(shipping is calculated on a weight basis). Below is an example of how to place an order if you are an International Buyer, placing a special request order, or want to use a payment method besides credit card: Step 1: Send your order information to shop@ffmerchandise.com. Step 2: We will email you back with the airmail shipping price with insurance and without insurance for the order. We will also include our shipping information if you put on your order that you're paying with Bidpay, check, or money order. There are no refunds for packages that get lost in the mail and weren't insured(We've sold many items and this is rarely ever a problem, but it's better to be safe than sorry when ordering expensive merchandise). Step 3: You need to send us the payment for the merchandise including (un)insured shipping price.
