RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Dear ffmerchandise Customers,

You can find a summary of our Return and Exchange Policy below.  At www.ffmerchandise.com we want you to be happy with your purchase.  By following these guidelines, you can insure the prompt processing of your return or exchange.

Returns:

  1. For any return please contact us within 3 days after the receipt of the item.  Please indicate your name, address, order date, and the reason for the return.  After we have responded to your email, you will have three days to send the item back.
  1. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back.  We cannot issue a credit for the shipping charge after the item has been shipped, as the shipping charge has already been paid to the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.) and will not be returned to us.
  1. Any returned item must be in brand new, sellable original condition.  All packaging, instructions and papers must all be in brand new condition and be returned with the item.  For items that come in plastic shrink wraps or are sealed, no return will be accepted if it has been opened.
  1. For all returned items there will be a 15% restocking fee, unless it is different from the item description.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  1. Please note that we are unable to exchange items, unless you received an incorrect item as the result of our error or if the item was damaged. 
  2. For all exchanges, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item.  Please include your name, address, order date, and the reason for the exchange. 
  3. If we have sent you the wrong item you will not be responsible for the re-shipping charge.
  4. For damaged items or items never received, we can assist you only if you requested insured shipping.  We will assist you in filing an insurance claim with the shipping company.

Order Cancellation:

  1. You can usually cancel an order before it has been shipped. 
  2. We ship items every 2-3 business days, so you must contact us immediately for cancellations.
  3. For special request orders, cancellation can be accepted only if we have not yet fully processed your order.
